It’s the Movie Making episode, where Phryne is suddenly a film investor. There’s precious little banter, the American accents are a little dubious, but we do enjoy the exploration of filmmaking in the ’20s. Chandler talks about the origins of the “talkie,” Mary questions the singular use of the b-word, we applaud Phryne’s ability to win over a film crew, and we lament The Scene at the End.
